What’s the difference between After-Hours and 24/7?
After-Hours covers evenings, weekends, and holidays - when your team isn’t there. 24/7 covers every hour. If you have a daytime team that handles calls well, start with After-Hours. If you don’t, or you want consistent coverage around the clock, go 24/7.
How does the seasonal package work?
You pay the setup fee once. We build your agent during your off-season so it’s ready to activate when your season starts. You pay the active-month rate only during your active months. During the off-season, you pay nothing. Your agent stays on file year-round - no rebuilds needed when next season starts.
How often does the agent get tuned?
Every plan includes prompt tuning. Cadence depends on tier: quarterly (Starter), monthly (Growth), or bi-weekly (Enterprise). For our first cohort of clients we’re tuning even more often.
What happens if a caller asks something the agent doesn’t know?
Built-in escalation logic. The agent can take a message, route the call to your team, or hand off to voicemail based on rules we set together at build time.
What about extra costs?
Third-party tool usage (telephony minutes, AI processing) is billed transparently and separately, passed through at cost. The setup fee and monthly subscription are the only Lemn fees.
